Book design for Frankfurter Allgemeine Buch
Heisters & Partner is developing the design and implementation of a new book by Heisters & Partner founder Valentin Heisters for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Buch publishing house. The title of the book is »Haltung, Substanz, Integrität« (Attitude, Substance, Integrity) and deals with the question of how companies can communicate effectively in the age of hyper-transparent digitality and share values with their stakeholders in order to enter into a common dialogue. The book was typeset from the Compatil Text by design legend Olaf Leu, who is also the editor of the book. In the highly topical and multifaceted text, the author reflects numerous positions from renowned representatives from business, design, philosophy, sociology and communication science and finally formulates ten theses on the future of corporate communication.

Type Directors Circle
The second TYPE DIRECTORS CIRCLE was held on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Heisters & Partner, Corporate & Brand Communication. Derived from the TYPE DIRECTORS CLUB OF NEW YORK, the TYPE DIRECTORS CIRCLE continues the original idea of the 20 founding fathers from October 1946: to »bring together« people in a small circle – a circle – who have something "to say, to report" to each other. In this respect, the CLUB became a CIRCLE. 10 renowned designers met at the Mainz agency to exchange ideas and each gave a 20-minute talk on a free topic. The exchange of ideas focused on collegial and friendly exchange. Another topic on the agenda was the interdisciplinary dialogue with related sciences and the question of what role design and communication play today when shaping the communication of companies and institutions. Dr. Ulrike Weigel spoke about the connection between logic, design and communication. Olaf Leu and Valentin Heisters presented their joint book, which will be published in January by Frankfurter Allgemeine Buch and deals with fundamental questions about the attitude of companies in the context of design management and communication.

In 2024, Heisters & Partner will also be responsible for the design and conception of the upcoming corporate report of ALTANA AG. In addition to the most important facts & figures and sustainability data, the focus of the annual report of the leading international specialty chemists will be the storytelling of the strategic priorities under the motto of the company's »Keep-Changing« agenda.

Corporate identity and design developments for hanit® recycled plastic
The recycled plastic hanit® has been awarded the Blue Angel and is a 100% recyclable material that is now used in numerous beneficial applications in a circular economy, thus conserving natural resources. Heisters & Partner, together with the company's communications managers, is developing a brand book, a new international trademark and a strategic brand concept for the sales structure – in addition to a wide range of measures to support the vision and mission.

Heisters & Partner wins budget for Dyckerhoff's social media account
In a pitch, Heisters & Partner was able to convince one of Germany's leading building materials manufacturers, the global company Dyckerhoff, in the area of social media. A solution was sought – and found – for the conception and social corporate storytelling in the area of employer branding. In the specific project, the company's new Instagram presence, our social media team is not only involved in the visual design: Heisters & Partner also supports the communications team in the editorial and content preparation of the account. We are excited about the new, interesting task.

Heisters & Partner manages the web portal of Caplugs Europe
Heisters & Partner manages the European web portal of Caplugs. Founded in the USA in 1948, Caplugs is a global leader in product protection solutions and has 75 years of experience in a range of industries. With the acquisition of the European companies Polykap, Safeplast and Kiba in 2018, Caplugs expanded its offering to include vinyl dip molding and plastic extrusion. Thanks to the extensive molding facilities in Europe, Caplugs can offer its European customers access to local sales, technical and manufacturing experts. Heisters & Partner revised the content integrity and consistency of the comprehensive portal and provides solutions in the development and implementation of a continuous and consistent corporate language in a total of six languages. Another focus is on the reorientation of the portal according to SEO criteria.

Valentin Heisters at the talk in the auditorium at Trier University
Valentin Heisters was a guest at Trier University as part of the 2023 exhibition. The topic was »Attitude, substance and integrity – design in the age of postmodern hyper-transparency«. Valentin spoke about how designers and clients work and design in today's hyper-transparent digital world and how the understanding of corporate design and corporate identity is fundamentally changing. A new FAZ book by him and Olaf Leu will soon be published on this topic.
