Merz Annual Report: »100 Years of Merz,
Researching for the Future«

Merz is an independent, internationally active pharmaceutical company with a focus on aesthetics and neurotoxins. Its own research and development as well as a customized and innovative product portfolio make Merz one of the most important companies in aesthetic medicine. In addition, Merz develops and produces products and therapies for neurology and medical dermatology. To mark the 100th anniversary of the family company, Heisters & Partner, together with Merz's communications experts, is putting a look into the future at the center of the annual report. The report consists of two elements, the first part under the motto »A Strong Position« and the second under the motto »A Clear Objective«. While the first half reports on the status quo in facts and figures, in the second part outstanding researchers and Nobel Prize winners look into the future of the company and concentrate on approaches to solving the challenges of tomorrow.

Clear imagery and a light and tidy layout effectively support the scientists' theses and make the anniversary of the pharmaceutical company Merz a forum for forward-looking approaches. Headlines printed in partial UV varnish and the bookbinding of the two parts of the report in a connecting cover give the communication piece a convincing editorial appearance, which brings the substantial future viability of the neurology and aesthetics specialist closer to the reader using vivid essays and at the same time makes it tangible.
