Commerz Business Consulting (CBC) is the internal management consultancy of Commerzbank AG. It exclusively advises the companies of the Commerzbank Group on the implementation of strategic issues. As part of the group, Commerz Business Consulting is »closer« to the decision-makers and shapes the future of the group together with its clients. The CBC annual report explains the work for a reading public within the bank, but also aims to be a guide for external applicants. Heisters & Partner developed a concept together with the communications officers that describes specific projects, goals and implementations in the form of a business report. Each report introduces the relevant consultants personally, lets them report on the project work as authentic testimonials and does not leave out the challenges that have to be overcome. At the end of each text/image section is the signature of the testimonial.
Business Report
The report was photographed by Hamburg photographer Uwe Aufderheide, who developed the visual language together with Heisters & Partner. The portraits were taken in the Commerzbank Tower in Frankfurt and are characterized by clear daylight and the conversation situation at the table. The consultant sits directly opposite the viewer and illustrates the most important element of the consultation: direct contact, the face-to-face conversation. The font »Compatil« gives the medium the ideal design to achieve its strategic communication goals.
