The aim of the campaign is to position and communicate the company as an attractive employer. Our team supported ALTANA in increasing the attractiveness of its own employer brand by developing a specific USP from the core of the brand: the individual is the focus and the aspect of the additive – typical for the specialty chemicals industry – is transferred to the connection between potential employees and ALTANA as a new employer. Under the slogan »YOU + ALTANA«, a piece of relevant communication was created on an equal footing, which sees the people who work for ALTANA as equal partners and emphasizes the power of dialogue. The photos in the campaign show real employees of the company without exception and were produced at ALTANA locations around the world.

This was not just about finding a solution for ALTANA AG, but also about transferring it to the four operating subsidiaries BYK, ELANTAS, ACTEGA and ECKART and their specific requirements for a personnel recruitment project. The new employer branding campaign is being used internationally, including in the USA, South America, China and Europe.
